Instructions for completing application

1.        See EASA 2008 Spring Fee Schedule for detail regarding required league fees.                                                                              
(Registration $75, Bond $150, Late Fee $50, Assignor Fee $25, Field Fee $120).

2.        Applications are due by January 21, 2008.  Applications may not be accepted after February 8, 2008.

3.        Make checks payable to EASA.

4.        A team roster must be submitted with all applications.
